i gave up on this. i gave up on everything really.
but i just recently got a job, so things are looking up i think. (:
grabs an apple instead. with peanut butter.
aw yeah. :D
just made a brilliant discovery.
i was eating apples with peanut butter.
and i had the plate next to my laptop, where the fan blows the hot air out.
so it warmed the apples slightly, making them a little more juicy, and a little warm, it tasted just like fall at a pumpkin farm. that’s what it reminded me of.
I WILL BE DOING THIS AGAIN.
although i think i’ll stick them in the microwave instead, using my laptop fan seems a little…ya know. bahaha.
do you ever have those days, where you go yeah, guess what. i’m fat and i don’t give a fuck. i’m awesome anyway.
yeah i’ve been having that the past few days. lol.
and then a few days later it comes down on you like ew you’re so gross and you get all bummed out. :p
click that link. it provides a GREAT list of snack ideas. I use it all the time (:
I recently bought a cookbook at goodwill. It was a low fat/low calorie/full flavor one. So I’m like eh why not! i’ll give it a shot.
i found this recipe called perfect pineapple cookies.
Get this: only 33 calories per cookie. :o
I made them tonight, they’re DELICIOUS.
so here’s the recipe, i recommend you all try them.
1/4 cup brown sugar
1-20 ounce can crushed pineapples, drain juices (make sure they’re crushed. i accidentally got diced and had to chop them myself to make them ‘crushed’)
3 egg whites
1-18.25 ounce box reduced fat yellow cake mix, dry. (do not make as the directions say)
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray, set aside. (use foil then spray if you’d like)
3. With a spatula or spoon, mix together brown sugar, drained pineapple, and egg whites until well mixed and sugar is dissolved.
4. Add cake mix and graham cracker crumbs. Continue stirring until well mixed
5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-12 minutes, or until bottoms are golden brown.
Yield; 7 dozen cookies
Total fat; .5 grams
They’re so tasty, and satisfy that sweet tooth. And at 33 calories per cookie, you really can’t go wrong.
