Losing weight the healthy way.
Put a number in my ask 1-20 and put SIT UPS,PUSH UPS, DANCE, JOG or JUMPING JACKS and I'll do that many of the exercise or that many minutes. or any exercise really! just tell me to go do it and I seriously will. :D
